2) Exercise: Back pain is often caused by weak stomach muscles.  When you strengthen your stomach muscles, it will strengthen the muscles in your back.  Your core has to work together to support the body.  Once it becomes strong enough, the stress on the back will reduce.

3) Chili pepper ointment

Chili peppers contains Capsaicin, which delivers the feeling of burning or heat. Chili peppers are often used in the treatment of pain that affects bones and muscles, and is a very common remedy for Arthritis sufferers.

You can easily make a healing ointment, just combine 4 tspns of ground chili pepper and 1 tbspn of olive oil. Rub the mixture on the affected area. It will heat the area, and thus eliminate pain, so you would feel better and more relaxed.

4) Camphor rubs

Camphor rubs contain menthol crystals, which help relieve pain.   While some may not enjoy the smell, as the smell of mint may be offputting, this is a very effective method to relieve pain.

5) Stretching

Often the reason for back pain is stiff, tense muscles.  Stretching will help relax those muscles, and make them more flexible instead of tense.  The winter is a time when the complaints about stiff muscles are the most common.  After getting out of bed, try taking 15 minutes to stretch, and just warm up those muscles.  You’ll feel a difference right away.
