You know the feeling. Your head feels like someone is standing on it. Your eyes are constantly watering. The pressure! Ugh! The sinus pressure! The constant runny and stuffy nose with the accompanying scratchy throat. The dreaded allergies.
If you’re like most people, the common times for your allergies to really show up as uninvited guests are Fall and Spring. However, many suffer with year round allergies. The common theme is trying to find relief from these dreaded allergies. There is hope!
To fight allergies, make this juice, and drink it once a day:
2 Oranges (for vitamin C)
1 Carrot (Beta Carotene, vitamin A, antioxidants)
2 Cucumbers (Rich in vitamins & minerals, flushes toxins from the body)
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
8 Fresh Mint leaves
1 inch knob of fresh Ginger
Wash and peel fruit. Add the fruit to the juicer in following order:
Cut up carrots and cucumbers and add to juicer in pieces. Separate oranges into quarters and add.
Add Mint leaves. Add Ginger.
Once juice is finished, add Apple Cider Vinegar and stir.
Drink juice before eating, and keep refrigerated.
